SPOON AND STABLE

211 1ST STREET N
MINNEAPOLIS, MN
55401

Chef Gavin Kaysen made the decision to come home to Minneapolis to open his first restaurant, Spoon and Stable in the late fall of 2014. Since opening, Spoon and Stable has become a place for families to celebrate milestones, a place to catch up with old friends and make new ones all while being surrounded by warm hospitality and delicious food.

THE SYNERGY SERIES

Since its inception in 2015, The Synergy Series has introduced world-renowned chefs to our Twin Cities community. From Daniel Boulud, Grant Achatz, and Sean Brock to Christopher Kostow, Dominique Crenn, and Traci Des Jardins, each series allows our dining community to experience the food of internationally recognized chefs right in our backyard. It also offers the opportunity for these formidable talents to teach and inspire our staff, and with the introduction of our 2021 Dialogue series, our larger hospitality community as well. Because of our generous sponsors, each year we’re able to donate proceeds from these events to charities directly serving communities through food.

COOKS | BELLECOUR

COOKS OF CROCUS HILL
210 N 1st St
Minneapolis, MN 55401

877 Grand Ave
St. Paul, MN 55105

What started as a pop-up experience of Bellecour Bakery inside Cooks of Crocus Hill shops has grown into a partnership. Cooks | Belle is a one-stop-shop experience, where we go to shop for tried-and-tested kitchenware, take cooking classes led by experts, and enjoy freshly baked viennoiserie and patisserie along with grab-and-go lunch options.

A great bakery is an essential part of everyday life. The smell of freshly baked bread and the decadent aroma of buttery layers melting into a freshly baked croissant — to us, these things define comfort. Our team takes great pride in creating nourishing experiences for our guests.

KZ PROVISIONING

Andrew Zimmern and Gavin Kaysen combined their knowledge of sports and food to create a unique catering company for professional athletes. At KZ Provisioning we work alongside professional sports teams to create balanced, healthy and delicious meals throughout the entire season. Each meal is carefully thought through to provide the team with the best fuel to excel during each game and practice, and provide inspiration to bring into their daily lifestyle.

KZ Provisioning is proud to fuel the Minnesota Wild, the Minnesota Timberwolves, and the Minnesota Lynx.

SPOON THIEF CATERING

Spoon Thief Catering shares the hospitality you’ve come to expect from Chef Gavin Kaysen outside the four walls of his restaurants. Our catering capabilities range from casual receptions to intimate four-course meals, executed with care and intention. Spoon Thief also offers drop-off catering options delivered without extra coordinating services.

MARA

Mara is a restorative Mediterranean-inspired restaurant developed in partnership between Chef Gavin Kaysen and Four Seasons Minneapolis, opened in 2022. Featuring warm, sun-lit spaces and an open kitchen concept illuminated by floor-to-ceiling windows, guests are transported to coastal destinations with the flavors and techniques of the 22 countries that touch the Mediterranean Sea. Each dining experience is personalized by a staff dedicated to nurturing both body and soul.

SOCCA CAFÉ

Nestled on the ground floor of RBC Gateway is the inviting Socca Café, just across from Mara. Serving everything from flaky pastries and artisanal beverages to grain bowls and Sicilian pizzas, this sunlit space welcomes and inspires. Chef Gavin Kaysen developed Socca in partnership with Four Seasons Minneapolis, welcoming guests of the hotel, neighbors, and downtown professionals for a quiet pause.
