Erin Kincheloe leads communications efforts across Soigné, making sure every touchpoint of the group reflect its values, including through its publishing imprint, Spoon Thief Publishing. “There are so many stories to be told by each restaurant,” she says, “Sharing the work that goes on behind the curtain is a privilege.”
Erin has always been passionate about connection and community. After graduating from Duke University, her writing career took her to Elle and Mpls.St.Paul Magazine. Freelancing allowed her to pursue the stories she enjoyed most—which happened to revolve around the people who grow and share food for a living. She then took the helm directing marketing at The Bachelor Farmer and Marvel Bar, where she developed a firm belief that restaurants are changing the world, one connection at a time.
