Jeff got his start in hospitality almost 20 years ago. He started working in neighborhood restaurants with strong community connections, which led him to roles at establishments that made a lasting impact on our city’s dining scene: The Craftsman pushed how close farm-to-table could get to the farm, and Eat Street Social made the cocktail boom accessible and fun. As he worked his way up through different roles, he began to see the possibility of what his profession could—and should—look like. Jeff joined the Spoon and Stable team in 2015 and quickly became an invaluable member of our leadership team. In 2021, he was promoted to Director of Operations, where he leads across restaurants and projects, shapes our culture, and works to create a more thoughtful, sustainable industry.
