Erin has always been passionate about connection and community. After graduating from Duke University, she pursued a writing career, including stints at Elle and Mpls.St.Paul Magazine. Freelancing allowed her to pursue the stories she enjoyed most—which happened to revolve around the people who grow and share food for a living.
She comes to Soigné from The Bachelor Farmer and Marvel Bar, where she developed a firm belief that restaurants are changing the world, one connection at a time. Erin leads all communications efforts for Spoon and Stable, Demi, and GK at Home, working to build a more sustainable restaurant future.
