Julian Leal joins Soigné Hospitality Group as Director of Hospitality and Service, bringing over two decades of hospitality management experience to Chef Gavin Kaysen’s Minneapolis restaurants. A Texas native, Julian built his career across markets like Dallas, Phoenix, and Atlanta before moving to Minneapolis to join Soigné. Much of his career was spent at Hillstone Restaurant Group, where he learned that consistency comes from systems, not instinct. That discipline now shapes how he builds service standards across the group: build the right structure, and the people inside it can do their best work, night after night.
