Sarah Corder supports every corner of Soigné’s restaurants, coordinating the details behind our large-scale events, running social media accounts to connect with guests, and capturing all of it as our resident photographer.

An Eden Prairie native, Sarah started as a host at Spoon and Stable in 2017 and took to hospitality immediately, drawn to the guest connections and the community built inside a dining room. That pull toward the work led her to seek out more of it: she joined the headquarters team in 2022, where her role expanded to work behind the curtain.

“Though my role has changed over the years, the heart of what I do has always been connecting with people,” says Sarah. “It’s a privilege to help share the people and moments that make our restaurants so special!”
